The agistment facilities at Sutton Farm Equestrian Centre are unique. We take only a small number of agisters and offer three full service options. Designed to be the perfect solution for busy working riders we offer full service care. It really is perfect to finish your day and be able to tack up, ride and wash down, under lights and experience these world class equine facilities. There are three full service agistment options available at Sutton Farm night stabling with turnout into day yard with 3-sided shelter. We also offer large private paddocks with 3-sided shelter. Larger paddocks for 2 horses sharing for those that like company. Our paddocks are large, we rotate and pick our paddock regularly. All paddocks are post and rail with equine mesh many with electric fence stand offs. All paddocks have their own water troughs either automatic or cement troughs with either shade trees or shelters (3-sided walk-in & walk-out shelters). We offer a biscuit of hay to all horses both morning and evening as well as hard feed twice per day. We use and recommend "Hygain horse feeds".
Our stunning, historic stables house up to 22 horses, as featured on the iconic film, Phar Lap. Well-lit, secure with 24hr CCTV and on-site staff, our cosy breezeway is adjacent to our magnificent indoor arena, kitchen and toilet facilities.
We have a small number of private one and two horse paddocks located close to arenas, stables and all facilities. Private Paddocks have walk in walk out shelters, all horses have two biscuits of hay morning and night and two hard feeds per day. All horses are checked twice daily and have morning and rug changes to weather conditions. All agistees enjoy full use of all arenas & facilities at Sutton Farm. We have float parking, tack room, rug room and use of the kitchen and full amenities including showers.
We understand that your horse is important to you. As your agistment facility, we will do our utmost to provide the best care for your horse, and peace of mind for you. We have a small number of secure shared paddocks including some with spacious shelters. Our share package includes hay and rugging twice per day and full use of our facilities.
We also offer overnight holiday and respite care for those passing through or for owners who want to ensure their horse is taken care of while they are away on holidays. So, if it’s a night a week or a month, Sutton Farm Equestrian Centre is happy to accommodate your horse for a short stay too.Overnight Stable Accommodation $75 per night (Includes bedding, water and post clean out)Overnight Day Yards $35 per night.
